Recipe of kothimbir wadi

oil to fry and for mixure  
salt to taste  
turmeric powder   Pinch
green chilly  3-4
onion  1 Big
dry shredded coconut  150 Grams
cilantro  300 gm Leaf
garlic  1 Clove
gram flour  2 Cup
red chilly powder  very less

Directions
1) heat oil in a nonstick pan. 2)add very less cumin seeds. 3)grind green chilly and garlic in a grinder.do not make fine paste,just keep dry. 4)then add chilly and garlic in hot oil. 5)sort a little bit and add long but thinly chopped onion in the oil,sort till onion get cooked,at this point add salt to taste.,add pinch of turmeric in this. 6)then add shredded coconut in the mixture,sort till it get golden brown color. 7)pour this mixture in a bowl. 8)wash and cut cilantro leaves and dry it with the help of tissue paper. 9)pour very less oil in a pan and add cilantro leaves and salt for these leaves add very less salt as leaves will become very less after cooking,just cook it for 5 min on medium heat. 10)then mix previous mixture in this and mix well.allow it to cool. 11)take gram flour(besan),add salt,turmeric,red chilly powder as per taste.and make dough with water.dough should be hard as besan will be sticky. 12)take a small ball and roll it down with some dry flour.you can take any flour.make a round shape.add 1 spoon of mixture of cilantro and all in the center.fold the chapati in rectangular shape and lock it with the help of water.deep fry these wadis in a frying pan.you can serve with any kind of chutney but imli chutney tastes good.
