Recipe of Ksheera Pineapple Mango Pudding

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Crushed Pineapple 51/2 oz
Sugar 1 3/4 Cup
Kesar In Milk 2-3 Piece
Water(boiling) 2 Cup
Butter 5 Tablespoons
Rava Or Sooji (coarse) 1 Cup
Or Alfanso Mango Pulp 6-7 Tablespoons
Crushed Or Powdered Elaichi 1-2 Piece


1. Roast coarse rava in butter (1spn) or ghee on low flame for about 15 minutes until you get the characteristic aroma of roasted rava. Keep it aside. 2. Boil water, add roasted rava in to the boiling water while stirring ( Make sure no lumps are formed ) Keep stirring. Maintain medium flame at all times. 3. Once cooked, stir and add sugar. Let the sugar melt and become slightly thicker. keep stirring,add crushed pineaple/mango pulp, Kesar dissolved in milk, powdered elaichi, and remaining butter. When the mixture doesn't stick to your finger it is done. Transfer this in to a dish and decorate it with raosted cashews and raisins.
