Recipe of Lemon Rasam

Black Pepper Powder 0.5 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves And Coriander Finely Chopped 1 Small
Hing Pinch
Green Chillies 1 Numbers
Cumin 1 Teaspoons
Tomato - Red 1 Numbers
Toor Dal 50 Grams
Mustard Seeds For Tempering 1 Teaspoons
Haldi/Termaric 1 Pinch
Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoons

Directions

Cook the dal in the Pressure cooker and mast it into fine paste . Then to this add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Then goes in the cumin and pepper powder +salt+Haldi+Hing+Curry leaves+Coriander leaves and this should be well mixed and brought to boil or kept in the microwave for 3 mnts. In the end add 1 ts of lemon juice and the tempering .
