This delicious appetizer is a creative version of vegetable cutlet given by my mother-in-law. It was named Maggi Rolls, since the main item is maggi.. that's new haaa....Mamamiya mamamiya...

1. Boil Maggi in water with little oil for 5 minutes and drain immediately and wash with cold water and set it aside. 2. Boil and peel potatoes and mash them to some tiny pieces. 3. Boil/saute peas, grated carrots and set it aside. 4. In a pan, add, cumin, finely chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric powder for few minutes, saute the tiny potatoes pieces and peas, add chilli , corainder and light garam masala powder and saute well, add corn flour with some milk for 3 mts and add the maggi and mix everything well.All ingredients would look sticky and set it aside for few minutes till they cool down. 5. Meanwhile mix the rest of cornflor and milk together and make as a paste. 6. Make sphere ot cylinder balls of #4 and dip it in cornflour-milk paste (this give the outer even cover for the balls) and roll in bread crums and deep fry. 1. After saute the veg, add dry corn flour.
