diiff taste to your mornin oatmeal porridge-
boil oats along with water n milk and keep in a shallow pan fry all the above mentioned veges and fry for two min add in the chopped garlic n ginger you use the veg stock powder while fryin but optional add pepper to it once its done add the oats which is cooked and let it boil for three min or till thickens before servin it sprinkle some dried herbs salt to taste add a teaspoon full of cream garnish it coriander leaves
its really a diff attempt not like those mundane oats porridge i tried this at home my in laws liked n above all kevin my five yrs old loved it-people who hate oats oats while enjoy it toooo
