Recipe of Masala Chicken Nuggets Chicken Pakoda

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Curry leaves  2 Springs
Coriander chopped  1 Bunch
Chat masala  2 Tablespoons
Chilly powder  1 1/2 Tablespoons
Oil  1 Tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
Rice flour  2 Tablespoons
Chickpea flour (basan)  100 Grams
Salt   To Taste
Chicken  500 Grams
Oil for deep frying  

  1. First marinate the chicken with salt, chilly powder, vinegar, mix it well and rest for 1 hour,
  2. after that add ginger garlic paste mix it.
  3. Take a bowl add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriander, curry leaves, oil, mix it well, bring back in to the marinated chicken in this add check pea flour mixture,
  4. sprinkle little water, mix it up fry them in hot oil.
  5. Then sprinkle chat masala on to it.
  6. Serve this with hot.
