MASALA PEANUT

Ingredients used in MASALA PEANUT
• Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - tea spoon.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Groundnut - 1 cup.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of oil then mix nicely using water (i.e., little by little).
  • Add groundnut and coat it with this batter for each peanut evenly then deep fry in hot oil.
  • Transfer to a plate, sprinkle chat masala and mix it.

Now masala peanut is ready to serve with any mocktails.
