An enormously popular item sold by street vendors, an ear of corn is grilled or boiled, covered with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese and chili mix. The corns are boiled in hot water and condiments of the customer’s choosing are added when sold.

Water as needed
Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons
Chessee Cheddar as needed
Chilli Powder pinch

Directions

  1. Take Corn on the cob cook in the presure cooker.once it is done top it of with mayonnaise sprinkle chesee and chilli powder.

Hi Sanjay,
I am a mexican girl, but I do love your videos, I want to learn indian cusine and you are helping me a lot!!! unfortunately here in mexico I cant find some of the spices you use =(
I would like to give you an advice while cooking the corn, if you cover the pot with some of the tender leaves of the corn it will give a better taste to it. Also we love to eat the elote adding drops of lime juice. If you are interested on more mexican recipes I will love to share them with you.
