Recipe of Mint pulao

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Bay Leaf 1 Numbers
Jeera 1 Pinch
Yogurt 2 Tablespoons
Basmati Rice 2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tablespoons
Almond Powder 1 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Tomato 2 Numbers
Green Cjillies 4 Numbers
Onion 1 Large
Celantro 1 Bunch
Mint 1 Bunch
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Butter 1 Tablespoons
Green Peas 1 Cup


In a blender grind both the mint and the celantro to a good paste to remove nice juice out of it.take 4 cups of juice from the mint and celantro paste. and cut the onion and green chilli length wise. Wash and keep aside the Basmati Rice Take a pressure cooker and put on the stove Then add oil and butter to it. Now add jeera and the bay leaf. Once the jeera starts the splattring ann the onion and green chilli. Allow to fry for some time . Then add ginger garlic paste and Once it is Fried nicely add the almond powder,tomatoes and the green peas. Allow this gravy to cook for sometime then add Garam masala and salt. Now add Basmati rice to this Gravy and Fry for 2 minutes. At last add the mint and celantro juice and close the preassure cooker lid. cook it until the Rice is done.(2 to 3 whistles ) then switch off the stove and serve with onion rita.
