Pea Nut 3/4 Cup
Lentil Dal Any Kind Of Lentils 1 Cup
RICE 1 Cup
Califlower 1 Cup
Onion 1 Numbers
Ladyfingers 1 Cup
Snake Gourd 1/2 Cup
Ridgegourd 1 Cup
Carrot 1 Cup
Green Peas 1/2 Cup
Beans 1/2 Cup
Tomato 1 Cup
Palak Leaves (washed And Finely Chopped) 1 Cup
Fengreek Leaves And Any Leafy Vegetabales 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves 1/2 Cup
Mint 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies 5 Numbers
Curry Leaves 5 Numbers
Garlic 6 Numbers
Salt as per taste To Taste
Water As needed

Directions

  1. Wash all the vegetables and keep it a side. 
  2. Take rice cooker add  rice,lentils,peanuts,califlower,onion,ladies finger,snake gourd,ridgegourd,carrot,green peas,beans,tomato,all green leafy vegetables,coriander leave,mint,green chillies,curry leaves,garlic,salt and water.Now on the rice cooker let it cook.
  3. Remove once then button comes to warm and serve this dish with raitha.

Nice to see your mum in her simple self. You should bring this type of recipes being cooked in authentic ways at home. Many grandmas recipes are already not to be seen but only heard.

Hi Chef, this rice was very nice with raita,can u tell some other dishes which lose weight, with in 1 month i gained 3 pounds,and iam a vegtarian, started doing yoga too. Can u pls tell some dishes which lose weight. thk u. " My daughter is 3yrs old,she use to watch ur show reg with me and use to imitate like u,with pls post ur recp...........::
