Recipe of mushroom pakoda

besan  3 Tablespoons
corn flour  1/2 Tablespoons
salt   To Taste
china salt   Pinch
ginger  1 inch Piece
garlic cloves  6 Big
green chilly  6 Big
mushroom  12 Numbers
food color  optional
oil  to deep fry


Firstly grind ginger,garlic and green chilly to a fine paste using water. Cut mushroom into 4(if small) or 6(if big) pieces. Mix the grind-ed paste,besan,salt,corn flour,china salt and food color using water to make a thick batter. Dip each mushroom and deep fry.
