Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Besan 3 Tablespoons
Corn Flour 1/2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
China Salt Pinch
Ginger 1 inch Piece
Garlic Cloves 6 Big
Green Chilly 6 Big
Mushroom 12 Numbers
Food Color optional
Oil to deep fry


Firstly grind ginger,garlic and green chilly to a fine paste using water. Cut mushroom into 4(if small) or 6(if big) pieces. Mix the grind-ed paste,besan,salt,corn flour,china salt and food color using water to make a thick batter. Dip each mushroom and deep fry.


Really this recipe tastes good.This tastes good because of green chilly paste. My mother in law taught me. U can try it. Sure you will like it. ENJOY
