Recipe of Mutton dalcha

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Tamarind 10 Grams
Whole Garam Masala 50 Grams
Onion 2 Piece
Green Chilli 4 Piece
Dal 100 Grams
Mutton 500 Grams
Bottlegourd 1 Big

Directions

first clean the mutton and cut them into small pieces after that cut the bottle gourd into little bigger pieces and cook them in a cooker till the meat becomes slightly tender. and in other pan sought the onions till it becomes slightly brown and after getting little brown add ginger garlic paste and little turmeric ,green chilli, red chilli powder,cumin powder and corriander powder a full spoon.and put the cooked mutton bottle gourd to that mixture after some time add dal which was already half boiled to the mutton and simmer the flame after that put the tamarind juice to the mixtue and add some salt and cook it in a small flame and cook it atleast half an hour in the end add sopme garam masala powder and little pepper powder and little chopped corriender to the dalcha...tatadaan now the awe some dalcha is ready.

dear sanjay (my cooking guru) i'm raj from andra it is very happy to write a reciepe to to you because in my life i never touth that i'll cook a single curry but after watching your video for the first time in my life i was totally inspired and became a cook now. from my childhood i always want to eat chicken 65 five but till my engineering final year i dont know how the chicken 65 is,one day searched in google then i got your chk 65 video n immediately i downloaded n i tried in my home, then after completing that when my family members eat that n said varevah how awesome you did this n they asked what is the name of this dish n i smiled n said this is called chicken 65.and now i can make every dish wat ever i had learnt from you. in the puranas the ekalavya had made dronacharya's statue n learnt the every thing n became a perfect but now i made my sanjay (my cooking guru) as my guru n became the perfect cook.in all my family n my neighbours everyone was really proud of me that i was gud cook n i can make most of the dishes that was available in a big big n bigger restaurents it is only because of you thatnkyou so much.now i dont bother about my carrier because if i dont get job then i can join in any restaurent as a cook ha ha ha. definately in my life i'll meet you once n that is the moment i feel heartfully happy by saying thanx to you directly.
