Recipe of Mutton Keema Curry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Minced Meat  1 Pound
big onion  1 Large
Tomato  1 Large
ginger garlic paste  1 Tablespoons
Green Peas  1 Cup
Cashew Nuts  2 Tablespoons
cumin powder  1 Tablespoons
coriander powder  1 Tablespoons
Salt  1 Tablespoons
Mirchi powder/Cayenne pepper powder  1 Tablespoons
Haldi Powder  1 Pinch
Garam Masala  1/2 Tablespoons
Coriander Leaves  1 Bunch
Potato / bottle gaurd (optional)  1/2 Small

Directions
Add oil to the pan/ pressure cooker and fry onions till they are light brown. Add green peas and cashew nuts and fry for 2-3 mins. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell is gone. Then add 1/2 potato or bottle gaurd and tomatoes cut into small cubes. Fry the tomotoes till half cooked and then add minced meat, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Add a cup of water and cook this untill the meat is well cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves at the end and enjoy with bread or rice.
