Ingredients used in Mutton Sukha
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leves (to garnish) - 1 bunch.
• Split urad dhal - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Salt - to taste.
• Small onion(if no, big also used) - 300 or 400 grams.
• Mutton or lamb - 500 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Ginger(sieve) - 1 slice.
• Water - as required.
• Masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut mutton or lamb into small pieces. If use small onions, no need to cut. used as a shallots. if big is used, cut into medium pieces. In a Cooker, pour oil, mustard seeds, split urad dal.
  • After splittering, add curry leaves and onions, Ginger and Garlic. Fry until turns pink. Add mutton pieces and salt. Mix well until raw small goes. Add turmeric powder and Chilli powder.
  • If you want like gravy, then add masala powder,water and close the cooker. Wait upto 5 whistle or as yours. After that, if any water in it. just put on stove and high the flame until water evaporates.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ready to serve with Rice, Briyani, Dosa, Paratta or roti.
