wash the palak leaves in hot water and chop them finely. in a bowl mix oats,wheat flour,palak,salt with water like chapati dough and some oil to the mixture and mix it well. knead the dough untill it is smooth. let the dough rest for 2 hours. after 2 hours divide the dough into 10 pieces now heat a skillet on a low flame and let it heat using a rolling pin roll each piece of the dough untill very thin when the skillet gets heat put the chapati on it and cook it well.
it is good for health and has lot of fiber content. good for the people who are diet conscious
