Recipe of Oven Roasted Chicken Legs

Olive Oil 1 Tablespoons
Cider Vinegar 1 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
Garlic (crushed) 5 Numbers
Red Chilly Powder 1 1/2 Tablespoons
Chicken Legs 2 Numbers
Carrots 4 Numbers
Zukkini 1 Numbers
Corn 1/2 Piece

Directions

Take a bowl add red chilly powder, crushed garlic, pepper powder, salt, cider vinegar, olive oil, mix it well and marinate the chicken and put it into the refregerator and rest it for 2 hours, then first put it on the hot griddle to make a grill marks, arrange the chicken legs into the baking tray bake them at 220 c for 25 to 30 minutes. Take a bowl add left over mixture in this add carrots, zukkini, corn, mix it and put these vegetables on the hot griddle cook this till grill marks on the vegetables and transfer it into a plate.
