CHICKEN SANDWICH SUNDRIED TOMATO

Ingredients used in CHICKEN SANDWICH SUNDRIED TOMATO
• Sun dried tomatoes - 1/4 cup.
• Garlic - 8 clove.
• Pepper - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry herb basil herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Chicken breast - 350 kg.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Bread slices - 2-4 numbers.
• Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tamarind juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Cabbage (shredded) - 1/2 cup.
• Red cabbage (shredded) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrots (shredded) - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take a mixe jar add sun-dried tomatoes, 4 garlic cloves, pepper, dry herb basil, salt, olive oil, lime juice and blend it into a paste.
  • Cut chicken breast into lengths and give the slight hammer to chicken so that it is flat. Marinate chicken with salt, little lime juice for overnight. Take a plate add chicken, above paste and mix nicely.
  • Heat little oil in a grill pan and place the chicken pieces and cook it on both sides. Remove into the plate and keep aside.
  • In the same grill pan place bread slices and grill it on both sides.
  • Take a ding chick Crush 4 garlic cloves, red chili flakes, tamarind juice, olive oil, a little salt and mix it.
  • Take a bowl add cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, garlic crush mixture and mix salad nicely.
  • Take a serving plate, place grilled bread slices and on its top, arrange grilled chicken, salad mixture. Cover it with another grilled bread slice.
