Ingredients used in paal kolukattai
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Jaggery (as per taste) - 1/2 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Any nuts if needed - piece.
Method:

take 1 cup of rice flour n add little water n pinch of salt make it like a chappathi dough dissolve jaggary in water by keeping it on the stove make small bullet shaped balls and drop itinside the syrup n make tto cook well after the balls r cooked well add the coconut milk in it n bring to boil for some time jus afer sometime switch off the gas n add required nuts now ur paal kollukattai is ready to eat it should in little thick consistency, if it is watery better add one tea spoon of rice flour mixed with water n pour it into the mixture n bring to boil..then it comes to the correct consistency. serve hot r cold.
