Description: This is called "Palakayalu" in Telangana Region of Andhra Pradesh, specially made for kids.

Recipe of Palakayalu

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt .5 Teaspoons
Butter 10 Grams
Chilli Powder 10 Grams
Cumin Seeds 10 Grams
Rice Flour 150 Grams
Sunflower Oil 250 Grams

Directions

Add Rice flour, Cumin seeds, chilli powder, butter and salt and mix it well. Add little water to make nice dough. Dough should not be very soft. Keep it aside for 10 minutes covered. Now make the dough into little smaller than olive sized balls and put them in a plate, let it dry for a moment. Once all balls are made fry them in oil until it gets nice color. Wow! First of all wanna thank this man who made this recipe and uploaded it to net.. It tastes very nice n crispy for more than two days.. Put it in a air tight container for long days staying crispy.. And all kids love it its very tasty like thattai and seedai.. We need more recipe preparation like palakayalu to our email address..
