Ingredients used in Paneer Malpuva
• Whipped cream - .
• Condensed milk - 1/2 can.
• Cardomom powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 1/2 cup.
• Kesar strands - 5 springs.
• Grated paneer - 1 cup.
• Maida - 1/2 cup.
• Semolina/sooji - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 4 tablespoons.
• Nuts ( almond, cashews, pistachio) - few .
Method:
Paneer Malpuva Ingredients: Semolina/Sooji 1/2 cup All purpose flour 1/2 cup Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) 1/2 tin Baking Powder 2 TSP Grated Cottage cheese 1 cup Sugar 1 1/2 cup Kesar (colour) a pinch Nuts Fresh cream Cardomom powder 1/2 TSP Procedure: Lets make a sugar syrup by mixing the sugar in water till it completely dissolves. Mix the flour, Semolina , baking powder and Kesar to make a liquid paste. Let it set for 1 Hour. Add the grated paneer along with the above paste and make a fine blend in a blender adding. very little water. Pour the contents in a container and keep aside. Heat oil in a frying pan and take a spoon of the above mix and put in in the hot oil and fry it till it becomes crisp. Remove from oil and drain the excess oil. Put it in a plate to cool. After it cools drop it in the sugar syrup. Let it dip for 2-3 mins. Remove from syrup and set it in a plate. Add cream and nut toppings and serve hot or cold.
