Recipe of paneer tikki

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt
Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
Chill Powder 2 Tablespoons
Boiled Potatoes 100 Grams
Paneer 250 Grams
Garam Masala 1/2 Tablespoons
Chopped Coriander
Lemon
Oil 5

Directions

take a bowl mash boiled potatoes add chill powder,coriander powder, garam masala , lemon and salt to taste and mix it well now add paneer into this mixture and mix well now make this mixture into small tikki's and shallow fry on the pan fry on both sides untill golden brown garnish with chopped coriander

Recipe Tips

we can also use ghee or butter for frying tikkis
