Recipe of pappat bajji

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Salt To Taste
Bajji/bonda Ready Mix 1 Cup
Pappat 5 Numbers
Egg 1 Numbers
Oil 5 Tablespoons


Cut each pappat into four loaves. Add egg to the bajji flour and mix it thoroughly. Add salt if needed. Keep pan in stove and pour oil onto it. After the oil is heated in a slow flame, dip pappat leaves on the mix and deep fry for a minute. Now pappat bajji is ready to serve hot and crispy.
