Recipe of pasi paruppu chutney

Mustard 1 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves 10 Leaf
Salt To Taste
Onion 1 Numbers
Tomato 1 Numbers
Coconut 2 Slice
Garlic 6 Piece
Red Chillies 5-6 Piece
Pasi Paruppu 100 Grams
Urid Dal 1 Teaspoons

Directions

First put oil in kadai and fry parupu,redchilli,garlic and curry leaves. now keep it seperately,put oil and fry onion , tomato stir it for 5 mins. now add danya powder,and salt to taste allow it to room temperature and grind it as smooth paste now put oil and fry mustard,urid dal and curry leaves mix with chutney. taste this with idli,dosa also to rice
