First soak the poha in water for few mins until little soft (dont soak for long time as it will break)and drain them and squeeze if required to remove the excess water. Now in a pan add oil then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds.Now add curry leaves,onions,chillies.Fry till the onions are little brown in color not too much.Add turmeric and salt. Stir and then add the drained poha and mix well and cook for sometime.Finally add clintra and if required u can also add lemon juice. Serve hot with bhajjis and it tastes more good.
