Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Hing 1 Teaspoons
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves 15-20 Numbers
Khopra(coconut) Slice 1 Tablespoons
Roasted Chana 1 Tablespoons
Pea Nut 1 Tablespoons
Green Chilli 3 Numbers
Thin Or Paper Poha 4 Cup
Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoons
Mustard Seed 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Sugar 2 Teaspoons

Directions

Dry roast poha,till it's became crispy.keep aside. In a big vessele heat oil add mustard seed,when they start poping, add green chilli,fry on low flame. Add peanut&curry leaves,fry for few second,add turmeric powder,hing. Now add poha&chana,mix well. Mix salt&sugar,according to your taste,keep on low flame for some time. Let cool on rom temperature, store in an airtight container. Serve with tea.
