Recipe of Potato Fry

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Tomato Sauce 1 Tablespoons
Ginger 1 Small
Garlic 1 Clove
Onion 2 Numbers
Potatoes 4 Numbers
Oil 1 Tablespoons


Cut the potatoes in small pieces.Cut the onions like juliens.Then mince the garlic and ginger.After washing take pinch of turmeric, salt as needed and a pinch of sugar and mix it well.You will see water will be drained from the potatoes.Take a frying pan heat the oil, pour the potatoes,onion and the garlic ginger and then shallow fry in low flame.Once fried golden brown sprinkle tomato sauce. If you want u can garnish with coriander or curry leaves.
