BAKED BANANA PEPPERS

Ingredients used in BAKED BANANA PEPPERS
• Banana pepper - 2 numbers.
• Spinach(blanched) - 1 bunch.
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pizza or processed cheese - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Slit the banana pepper and remove seeds by using backside of spoon.
  • Take a bowl and add blanched spinach, sweet corn, garlic, onions, salt, pepper powder, pizza or processed cheese and mix nicely, later stuff in banana pepper.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of stuffing, place in baking tray.
  • Bake it at 180 degree for 8-10 minutes and transfer into serving plate.

Now baked banana pepper is ready to serve.
