Ingredients used in CABBAGE PICKLE
• Cabbage (grated) - 1 cup.
• Fenugreek powder (roasted) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1+1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic (crushed) - 5 clove.
• Lime - 1 number.
• Oil - 4-5 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add grated cabbage, roasted fenugreek powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, crushed garlic, lime juice and mix nicely.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and saute it. Later, switch off the flame, transfer to cabbage mixture and mix nicely.
  • Then store for about 1-2 days in air tight container.

Now our cabbage pickle is ready to serve with hot rice.
