Ingredients used in Chicken Lollipops Manchurian
• Chicken lollipops - 8 pieces.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• All-purpose flour ( maida ) - 1 tablespoons.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions ( cubes) - 1 number.
• Capsicum ( cubes ) - 1 number.
• Green chilies ( chopped ) - 3 numbers.
• Tasting salt - pinch.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - pinch.
• Corn flour slurry (i.e., corn flour mixed in water) - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions ( chopped ) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chopped ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Marinate chicken lollipops with red chili powder, garam masala powder for about half an hour.
  • Prepare a thick batter of corn flour, all-purpose flour, red chili powder along with water.
  • Season chicken lollipopswith salt and coat themwith all-purpose flour batter.
  • Now deep frychicken lollipops in hot oil tilltheyturnslightly golden brown in color and then transfer them to a plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, and sauté it.
  • Now addchopped onions, capsicum, green chilies, tasting salt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce,salt, vinegar, sugar to the same pan and toss it.
  • To give texture, add corn flour slurry, fried chicken lollipops and mix well.
  • At last, sprinkle coriander leaves, spring onions and sauté it.

YummyChicken Lollipops Manchurianare now ready to serve.
