Ingredients used in COLOCASIA PATTY
• Colocasia (boiled, grated) - 1 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Amchur powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Semolina - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 4-5 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add colocasia, carrot, green chillies, garam masala, amchur powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds, salt, coriander leaves, semolina and mix it nicely.
  • Divide into the small dumpling and make flat round patties
  • Heat in a panadd oil put in the patties and shallow fry on both sides. Switch off the flame.

    Now colocasia patty is ready to serve with tomato ketchup
