CRISPY SWEET POTATO

Ingredients used in CRISPY SWEET POTATO
• Sweet potato - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 0 to fry.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Red chilly powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Amchur powder - 2 pinch.
Method:

1. Boil sweet potato but it should not be mashy. 2. Remove peel and cut into roundels, later deep fry in hot oil. 3. Once it is crispy and brown in colour. Transfer into paper towel. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, salt, curry leaves and saute it until it is nicely coloured. 5. Add fried sweet potato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and saute it. 6. Check seasoning and switch off flame. 7. Now crispy sweet potato is ready to serve.
