Ingredients used in KAJU SWEET
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nut - 10 numbers.
• Custard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 1/4 cup.
Method:
  • In a pan add milk, sugar and boil it.
  • Crush cashew nut with pestle into a coarse powder.
  • Mix custard powder in little water and transfer into boiling milk and mix nicely.
  • Cook it for 1 minute and switch off flame.
  • Add cardamom powder, cashew nut coarse powder and mix nicely.
  • Allow it cool in deep freezer for 10 minutes and add fresh cream, mix it.

Now kaju sweet is ready to serve.
