GINGER CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in GINGER CHUTNEY
• Grated coconut - small.
• Onion - 1 no.
• Ginger - 10 - 15 piece.
• Red chilli - 2 no.
• Lime - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Blend few chopped ginger pieces, red chillies and grated coconut in the mixer. Make a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat little oil in pan. add the mustard when it crackles add urad dal, add curry leaves.
  • Then add finely chopped onion to it. when it becomes golden brown, add the blended mixture to it. add some water if required.
  • Add required salt and few drops of lime.
