Ingredients used in KIDNEY BEAN-RAJMA PHALLI TIKKI’S
• Kidney beans(soaked overnight) - 1 cup.
• Ground nut powder - 1/2 cup.
• Potato(boiled) - 1 numbers.
• Bread crumbs - 1 cup.
• Onion slices - 1/2 cup.
• Green chilly pieces - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

1. Take kidney beans and blend it into smooth paste then take it into a bowl. 2. Add groundnut, potato, bread crumbs, green chilli, onions, salt, coriander leaves and blend it again. 3. Divide the mixture into small dumplings and make tikki’s of different shapes with your hands. 4. Heat oil in the pan and deep fry the tikki’s 5. Now yummy kidney bean tikki’s are ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
