Ingredients used in PUNUGULU
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped onions - 2 no.
• Green chillies - 5 to 6 no.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 2 cup.
• Rice - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Soak the rice and urad dal for about 6hours and then grind it.
  • Let it ferment for 10 to 12hours but make the batter in thick consistency.
  • Add onions, green chillies, salt and cumin seeds and add water if necessary. Boil the oil in a pan and fry them by dropping it like pakoras.
