Ingredients used in Baby Corn 65
• Baby corn - 7 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower florets - 100 grams.
• Water - as required.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil cauliflower florets in hot water, strain and keep aside.
  • Prepare a batter with all purpose flour, corn flour, garam masala powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, oil, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder.
  • Later dip the boiled cauliflower and baby corn in the earlier prepared batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Delicious Baby Corn 65 is now ready to serve with sauce.
