Recipe of Qubani ka meetha

sugar   To Taste
dry apricots  500 Grams
vanilla essence  3 Drops
cream  2 Tablespoons

1. wash the apricots and soak them over night in water. 2. In the same water boil the apricots enough that they are smooth to be smashed easily. 3. when boiled cool it down amp; remove the seeds. Then smash the apricots nicely. 4. Now purify it by running through a strainer. (you can use it directly also after smashing). it gives a more smooth mixture. 5. now in a pan add this mixture and bring to a boil. once on boil start adding the sugar according to your taste amp; sweetness. 6. bring to a thick consistency and switchoff the gas. 7. In a cup mix cream amp; vanilla essence and before serving design the sweet with few drops of cream. 8. It is good when chilled in fridge, amp; goes nicely with vanilla ice cream. 7.
