Recipe of Quick Cream of Tomato soup

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Tomato Sauce (puree) I Buy Thecartons They R More Healthirer Than Can 14oz Can
Baby Food Carrot ( They Come In Bottle Small) 4oz Can
Fresh Cream 2 Teaspoons
Pepper Powder And Salt To Taste
1tsp All Pupose Flour , And Butter To Make Base
One Small Onion Shallot Size , Finely Chopped.
Dried Basil Leaf 1- 2 Pinch As U Like It

Directions

Take a small nonstick vessel, add the 2 tsp butter,add 2tsp of all purpose flour to the melted butter , keep flame in low so that u don't burn them, then after the flour is slightly cooked add the chopped onions , saute well , then add little water and it will form the base , add the basil leaves , add the tomato puree and the carrot puree . no extra color needed to be added as this will give u a real good color . then when it slightly boils, add salt and pepper to taste , add little sugar say 1/2 tsp it brings out the flavor , this won't be very thin soup it will be like the dosa batter consistency . Add fresh cream after switching off the flame . serve hot with fried fried pieces .

Recipe Tips

This soup is little thick than the regular soup so don't add too much water
