Recipe of Ragi appamu
|Jaggery 1/2 Cup|
|Ragi Flour 1 Cup,.cardamon Powder 1/2 Tsp.||1||Cup|
|Cardamon Powder 1/2 Tsp.|
First take Ragi flour in a bowl,add jaggery and cardamom powder.pour some little bit water and mix make a dough . make a small balls and press like a round shape with your palms.heat oil and dip these ragi appamu.keep oil in a medium heat.
keep in a medium heat and fry.
