Ingredients used in EASY CHICKEN FRY
• Corse corn flour - 1 cup.
• Garam masala,salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Ginger,garlic - 2 teaspoons.
• Chicken - half cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Corriander - 1 bunch.
Method:
Grind breast chicken or use ground chicken add green chillies,coriander,salt,garam masala, ginger garlic and little mint grind it. Make small balls and press flat,dip it in egg and in corse corn flour and fry in oil in meduim heat . Wow very simple and easy ready in minutes,kids love it.
