We can use directly to prepare rasam. While making rasam we can add mashed garlic which gives nice flavour to rasam.

Add all the items together and make it as a powder. This powder is to make rasam for 4 people. If we want to add garlic we a can mash it and add. Take a tomato half lemon size tamarind and 1 glass water mash tomato and tamarind in this water add 1 1/2 tablespoon of rasam powder to this mixture and add salt 1 slice of mashed garlic to it . take a pan put 1 table spoon of oil put musterdseeds jeera redchilli mashed garlic turmericpowder and then put this rasam mixture bring to boil add coriander leavers curry leaves and serve it.
No need to fry all these things You can enjoy nice rasam.
