Ingredients used in Rasam Powder
• Black pepper - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Toordal - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

Add all the items together and make it as a powder. This powder is to make rasam for 4 people. If we want to add garlic we a can mash it and add. Take a tomato half lemon size tamarind and 1 glass water mash tomato and tamarind in this water add 1 1/2 tablespoon of rasam powder to this mixture and add salt 1 slice of mashed garlic to it . take a pan put 1 table spoon of oil put musterdseeds jeera redchilli mashed garlic turmericpowder and then put this rasam mixture bring to boil add coriander leavers curry leaves and serve it.
