Description: Rava ladoo or rava laddu is a popular Indian sweet which is prepared from semolina (rava), ghee, little milk, sugar, dry fruits and cardamom


Recipe of RAVA LADDU SUJI SEMOLINA

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Rasins 10 Numbers
Cashew Nuts 10 Numbers
Coconut Scrapped 1 Cup
Milk Optional 1/2 Cup
Cardamom 1 Pinch
Sugar 1/4 Cup
Ghee 2 Tablespoons
Semolina (Suji/Rava) 1 Cup

Directions

1. Take a pan add Ghee then add all dry fruits let they change the colour little bit.
2. Now add  grated coconut fresh then add semolina and saute them in very low flame till it changes into  brown colour.
3. Add Sugar and keep mixing in very low flame for 3 min then switch of the flame and add milk to it keep mixing.
4. Lastly add Cardamom powder mix well and transfer it to a plate.
5. Take that laddu mixture into your hand and make small dumplings and let it dry for 2hrs.your laddus are ready.

I made so many times these laddus earlier but they were always dry after some time. After following your video, they came really well. Thanks Vah chef. It would be greatful and helpful if u show a video about Ariselu.

Nice! Adding saffron/ saffron flavoring with the milk gives a special taste to the laddoos.

hi! chef great reciepe but it taste like rava sheera instead use sugar syrup to bind lado do add milk
it will be stale soon syrup lado will last long
