Recipe of Ravva laddu

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Cashew Nuts 2 Tablespoons
Water 1/4 Cup
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Sooji 1 Cup
Ghee 3 Tablespoons
Caordomon Pwd Pinch


Take apan add 2 tbsp of ghee to it and roast soojiuntil it becomes light brown in color Boil the sugar in water foe few min's until the bubbles comes out of it and add cordom pwd to it and then add the sooji to it and mix well and cover it with a lid so that the sooji won't become rough now in another pan add 1 tsp of ghee add cahews and fry until they are lightly golden color add to the sooji mixture. now let this mixture coll for few min's and then make small balls out of it
