Ingredients used in RAVVA LADDU
• Cashew nuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Sugar - half cup.
• Sooji - 1 cup.
• Ghee - 3 tablespoons.
• Cardamom powder - pinch.
Method:
  • Take apan add 2 tablespoon of ghee to it and roast soojiuntil it becomes light brown in color Boil the sugar in water for few minutes until the bubbles comes out of it and add cardamompowderto it.
  • Then add the sooji to it and mix well and cover it with a lid so that the sooji wont become rough now in another pan add 1 teaspoon of ghee add cahews and fry until they are lightly golden color add to the sooji mixture.
  • Now let this mixture coll for few minutes and then make small balls out of it
