Ingredients used in ALOO SEMYA
• Chilli powder - half tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Vermicelli fried - 100 grams.
• Potatoes boiled - 4 large.
• Turmeric powder - half tablespoon.
• Lemon - 1 no.
• Red chillies - 1 no.
Method:
  • Take oil in a pan and after boiling add cumin seeds then add the potatoes which has been already cut in to cubes and turn them and now Add red chilli, turmeric, salt and let it cook for 10mins.
  • Now add vermicelli and and remain it for 2 to 3 mins and now remove from stove and add lemon drops.
  • Serve it hot.
