POTATO AND CELERY SALAD

Ingredients used in POTATO AND CELERY SALAD
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Mustard paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoons.
• Boiled potatoes - 2 no.
• Celery - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lettuce - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add lime juice, sugar, white pepper powder, mustard paste, mayonnaise and mix nicely.
  • To it add boiled and cubed potatoes, celery, salt and mix nicely.
  • Place ring on top of serving plate, arrange lettuce at base.
  • On its top add potato and celery mixture.
  • Garnish with finely chopped tomato.

Now potato and celery salad is ready to serve.
