Recipe of red bell pepper chutney

to prepare this chutney: 1.chop the red bell peppers. 2. take a saute pan and heat it through on the stove and add oil to it and add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chillies, hing and curry leaves and when urad dal is changing its colour to light brown in colour add garlic cloves to it. 3.add chopped bell peppers to it and saute for a minute and add tamarind and cook till the bell peppers are softened. 4.now let it cool the mixture and coarsely grind the mixture and check the seasoning after adding salt to it . 5.for tempering: take some oil in the pan and heat it through and add mustard seeds to it and when it crackles add urad dal and curry leaves to it and hing . serve the chutney with rice , upma,idli, dosa,chappati too
add pinch of sugar to the mixture when it is cooking.
