This reciepe is very easy to prepare.it dosen't need any batter .This can be prepared with in an hour time. It will be very tasty and can prepare if any guests arrive to your home.
Recipe of SEMIYA DOSA
|Sour Curd||1 1/2||Cup|
Take semiya,rice flour,salt mix well with curd. keep it aside for 45 mins or until semiya becomes soft. It will be bit thicker than normal dosa batter. add water if needed. Now add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, chilles. Now heat the dosa pan, pour batter and spread it from inside to outsie very delicately. Now add little of oil accordingly. Now sprinkle chopped onion and carrot. fry it until it become golden brown and turn the other side and fry it. serve hot.
Donot burn onion and carrot. This will go well with coconut chutney. my husband liked a lot . if the batter is left keep it in fridge and pour dosa the next day it will be more tastier than the same day.
