Ingredients used in Stuffed Capsicums 2
• Capsicums (large) - 450 grams.
• Potatoes - 450 grams.
• Green chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Cheese - 30 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - tea spoon.
• Fat - 30 grams.
• Mustard seeds - tea spoon.
• Lime - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Slice the top of capsicums Remove seeds ,wash , apply salt inside and keep upside down on a track . Boil and chop potatoes then temper with mustard seeds. Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, with prepared stuffing . Top it with grated cheese. Heat fat in a frying pan and cook capsicums on a very slow flame till they are slightly soft . At last, sprinkle lime juice on top. Serve it hot with chapati or rice.
