Recipe of vermicelli palau

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Garam Masala 1 Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
Green Peas half a cup Cup
Potato 1 Large
Carrot 1 Large
Onins 2 Small
Cabbage quarter Piece
Vermicelli 200 Grams
Coriander Leaves 3 Springs
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Salt 0 To Taste


chop all thevegetables. take a pan pour oil put onions in it after onions turn into light brwn colour add ginger garlic paste. let the raw flavour comeout. now add the chopped vegetables. Take another bowl boil water in that boiling water add vemicelli and salt keep on flame untill the vemicelli get tender. Drain out water keep aside. After all the vegetables are cooked add vermicelli add garammasala choped corinder let it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.

Recipe Tips

After draining the vermicelli keep it cool water running tap for a while to avoid sticking to each other. 2.Do not cut the veg use chopper to give nice look.
