Recipe of wamu kashayam (ajwain chai)
|Saunf (fennel Seeds)||1/2||Teaspoons|
|Ajwain (carom Seeds)||1||Teaspoons|
Boil ajwain, saunf and cardamom in 2 cup water. Then add good quality tea leaves to it and leave it for about 3-4 minutes. Add honey as per your taste before consuming it. One can also add a small piece of ginger.
Heating the spices with water in a pressure cooker can make it fast and can make it retain the fragrance more.
